Build partner onboarding processes, support sales enablement, analyze pipeline and channel performance, evaluate RevOps vendors, document systems, and automate repetitive work. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Data/Engineering while supporting new market launches.

Own a national Workers’ Compensation sales portfolio, generating pipeline and closing accounts across payers, TPAs, employers, and managed care organizations. Build senior stakeholder relationships, provide consultative solution design, manage forecasts, and collaborate on pilots, implementation, contracts, and compliance. Monitor market trends, represent the company at industry conferences, and provide feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
