Additional Perks + Benefits

In addition to our regular paid time off, we also offer a week off during the last week of December. The past five years, in recognition of our employees' incredible efforts, we also offer a week off in August known as "Project R&R." We host semi-annual music series where employees can display their creative talents in concert. We also host an annual art contest where employees' submissions are framed and displayed in our NYC office. We host an art gallery event to celebrate, and as we decide the next year's winners, employees' framed artwork is shipped their way.
