Provide IT helpdesk support and onboarding (hardware, devices), troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software, manage internal databases and inventories, and support office operations including vendor relations, supplies, scheduling, events, and executive assistance. Partner with HR and leadership, maintain confidentiality, and promote office safety and operational efficiencies.

Estimate and generate repair proposals for fire alarm, sprinkler, and security system deficiencies, coordinate scheduling and customer communication, track quotations and deliver sales to quota while working with service teams to ensure timely repair completion and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate month-end close and consolidation, prepare consolidated financial statements, analyze performance and KPIs, manage budgeting and forecasts, support audits and tax filings, review AR and inventory reporting, prepare management presentations, and support acquisitions and special finance projects.
