Leads See's Candies' financial strategy, planning, accounting, treasury, controls, risk management, and operational finance. Partners with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy, budgeting, forecasting, investments, manufacturing and distribution costs, retail and e-commerce profitability, working capital, and capital planning. Oversees financial reporting, audits, banking, parent-company relations, finance systems, and team development while supporting profitable growth and disciplined execution.

Create and publish platform-native, short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Pinterest) from concept through editing. Manage posting and community engagement, lead batch production, capture behind-the-scenes content, collaborate cross-functionally, track performance, and optimize content to drive engagement and follower growth. Must appear on camera and travel for shoots as needed.

Maintains general ledger records, cash and banking transactions, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close activities. Performs variance analysis, supports financial reporting, maintains internal control compliance, manages unclaimed property processes, assists audits, and collaborates with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance teams. Contributes to special projects, process improvements, and accounting system enhancements.

The Human Resources Business Partner aligns HR strategy with plant and manufacturing business objectives. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce and succession planning, high-volume staffing oversight, compliance, manager coaching, training, HR data analysis, and reporting. The role partners with employees, leaders, and union representatives while supporting talent attraction, retention, development, and consistent policy implementation.
