Lead embedded firmware development for robotic hardware, including PCB bring-up, low-level drivers, diagnostics, testing, monitoring, and hardware integration. Troubleshoot component and interface issues, develop automated validation tools, manage test benches, and provide technical mentorship for hardware-firmware root-cause analysis.

Designs, validates, and troubleshoots electrical circuits, PCBs, interconnects, and embedded systems for autonomous delivery robots. Responsibilities include schematic development, component selection, PCB layout reviews, hardware bring-up, testing, root cause analysis, documentation, prototype integration, and manufacturing support. The engineer collaborates with firmware, software, manufacturing, vendors, and suppliers, and provides occasional onsite support for builds and validation.

The Director of Product for Data Flywheel will lead the roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance across various engineering teams and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing data metrics, supporting data pipelines, and collaborating across teams to enhance infrastructure.

Lead and develop a hardware engineering team to design, validate, and deliver electrical and electronic systems for autonomous robots. Provide technical leadership across PCB, embedded electronics, sensors, power and motor control, manage project planning, risk mitigation, cross-functional integration, manufacturing readiness, hiring, and team development to take hardware programs from concept through production.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains robotics middleware and application frameworks in modern C++ on embedded Linux. Owns platform components through deployment and fleet operation, improves reliability and performance, diagnoses complex concurrency and systems issues, and translates safety requirements into software behavior and verification. Collaborates across autonomy, systems, hardware, and software teams while leading technical reviews and mentoring engineers.

Leads strategic partnerships and new ventures from initial concept through signed agreement and scaled commercial launch. Identifies whitespace opportunities, develops business cases, structures and negotiates complex enterprise deals, builds financial models, and presents propositions to executive stakeholders. Coordinates Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to validate economics, technical feasibility, funding, resources, and execution plans. The role is remote across the US and Canada with regular travel.

Leads corporate strategy research, market sizing, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and executive-level presentations. Owns strategic workstreams involving market entry, partnerships, build-versus-buy decisions, capital allocation, and new business opportunities. Synthesizes complex internal and external information into defensible recommendations for leadership, partners, investors, and board audiences. Coordinates multiple priorities and supports high-stakes commercial negotiations and strategic decisions.

Lead the Product and Design organization, define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize strategic investments, and align cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable robotic delivery experiences. Build and develop high-performing product and design teams, champion user-centered design, guide data-driven decisions, and translate complex robotics, hardware, software, and operational capabilities into customer value. Partner with executive leadership across Engineering, Operations, Safety, Policy, and Business Development to drive commercialization and growth.

Develop and scale machine learning training systems for robotics data, optimize training pipelines, and collaborate with ML researchers to enhance autonomy models.
