Build and manage ServiceUp’s reseller and co-sell partnerships with fleet management and telematics platforms. Own partner-sourced ARR, joint account planning, partner enablement, QBRs, pipeline forecasting, channel conflict resolution, and cross-functional co-marketing and product initiatives. Establish partnership programs, including deal registration, incentives, MDF, and reseller economics. Represent the company at partner events and customer meetings, with 25–40% travel.

Manages strategic global B2B accounts, develops account plans, expands revenue, forecasts sales, and strengthens executive relationships. Coordinates with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver services, resolve escalations, and identify growth opportunities. Maintains CRM records, conducts performance reviews, mentors junior professionals, and supports strategic initiatives. Requires extensive experience managing global accounts in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within SaaS, automotive, or fleet services. International travel to clients and industry events is required.

Owns a foundational platform or cross-functional product area, setting strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable business outcomes. Partners closely with engineering, design, customers, and operational stakeholders to ship workflows and AI-enabled capabilities. The role requires synthesizing customer and data signals, prototyping solutions, mentoring junior product managers, improving product practices, and operating independently amid ambiguity. Candidates should bring strong product judgment, systems thinking, analytical ability, financial acumen, and extensive experience using AI tools.
