Own and drive the institutional trading platform product roadmap and core UX. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver onboarding, funding, trading, and portfolio workflows, define KPIs, maintain client-facing APIs and docs, and drive feature adoption through communication and training.

Lead institutional business development globally for sFOX's product suite: source and qualify leads, build custody and trading solutions, manage proposals and CRM, educate stakeholders, and exceed sales targets.

Manage and grow institutional client relationships for sFOX Connect, driving platform adoption of trading, custody, and settlement features. Support API and FIX integrations, troubleshoot connectivity, coordinate onboarding and prime services, provide training and market intelligence, and partner with sales and product teams to expand volume and prioritize client-driven features.

Identify, qualify, and generate institutional client opportunities through outbound and inbound outreach. Manage CRM and outreach tools, meet KPIs, report pipeline analytics, schedule meetings, support onboarding, and collaborate with sales to convert leads.

Support the VP of Sales by defining and measuring sales goals, driving execution processes across teams, analyzing sales and market data to find growth opportunities, and delivering regular performance insights to senior leadership to improve revenue and alignment.
