Lead and own large product areas across Shepherd's full stack platform (data collection, automated underwriting, policy admin). Drive technical and architectural decisions, ship high-quality features, mentor engineers, collaborate with PMs and insurance stakeholders, and balance innovation with pragmatic delivery to advance autonomous underwriting.

The Brand & Experiences Lead at Shepherd is responsible for managing events, brand presence, content, and social strategy, ensuring a distinct and engaging representation of the company in the commercial insurance sector.
