Leads the product design vision for Shield AI’s Hivemind autonomy platform. Designs AI-native workflows for autonomy development, simulation, testing, deployment, and operations; conducts user research; partners with Product and Engineering; establishes design systems; and manages and mentors a high-performing design team.

Build and operate Forge, a full-stack engineering platform for developing, testing, deploying, and diagnosing AI autonomy capabilities. Design composable user interfaces, typed versioned APIs, backend services, application lifecycle workflows, and AI-agent tool integrations. Ensure consistent behavior across local and remote environments while partnering with simulation, autonomy, ML, infrastructure, security, product, and design teams.

Owns Shield AI’s website user experience and content journeys across key audience personas. Maintains and publishes WordPress content, builds digital experiences, improves navigation and conversion paths, and partners with agencies, designers, product marketers, communications, recruiting, and business stakeholders. Monitors web performance and user behavior while ensuring accessibility, SEO, brand, quality, and performance standards. Uses AI-enabled workflows and manages multiple web updates, launches, and stakeholder requests.

Manage complex defense contracts and subcontracts from preparation through administration, negotiation, modification, and closeout. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and company policies; advise business development and supply chain; assess contractual and regulatory risks; manage government contract reporting and records; negotiate supplier terms; evaluate subcontractor proposals; protect technical data and software rights; and maintain small business subcontracting plans.

Leads regional facilities operations across multiple sites, supervising Facilities Coordinators, managing vendors and budgets, resolving facility issues, and delivering non-capital workplace projects. Oversees maintenance, workplace improvements, compliance, physical security coordination, employee experience, reporting, and operational readiness across offices, laboratories, manufacturing spaces, warehouses, hangars, and secure environments. Requires approximately 20% regional travel and occasional after-hours response.

Lead UI design for Shield AI’s website and digital experiences, establishing scalable design systems, reusable components, responsive layouts, and visual standards. Create high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes in Figma, collaborate with brand, content, product, and development teams, and conduct design QA through launch. Improve accessibility, usability, navigation, and information hierarchy while translating complex defense technology into clear web experiences.

Own the Marketing organization’s data and analytics strategy, including data structures, reporting requirements, governance, dashboards, and marketing funnel measurement. Partner with engineers, MarTech teams, vendors, and leadership to improve infrastructure, data quality, and operational efficiency. Lead executive-level performance analyses, operating-plan metrics, and C-suite reporting by translating complex cross-functional data into actionable strategic narratives.

Owns audience growth strategy across social channels and digital communities. Analyzes audience behavior, segments personas, manages paid-growth budgets, tracks engagement and conversion metrics, identifies acquisition opportunities, builds dashboards, supports marketing tests, and translates performance insights into recommendations for communications and marketing stakeholders.

Lead capture strategy and operations for X-BAT defense pursuits. Develop capture strategies, proposal storylines, win themes, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, white papers, presentations, trackers, dashboards, and operating cadences. Coordinate technical, business, finance, legal, international, and product teams across concurrent efforts. Improve capture processes, manage proposal milestones and reviews, and ensure high-quality, aligned customer-facing materials for domestic and international defense opportunities.

Leads capture strategy and operations for X-BAT pursuits, developing proposal strategies, win themes, customer-facing solicitation responses, leadership presentations, trackers, dashboards, and execution plans. Coordinates technical, program, business development, finance, legal, international, and product teams while managing deadlines, quality control, reviews, process improvements, and reusable capture resources. Requires strong analytical, writing, editing, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus defense or government pursuit experience and eligibility for a security clearance.

Analyzes and manages the X-BAT opportunity pipeline across near- and long-term horizons. Maintains Salesforce data integrity, reporting standards, dashboards, and forecast visibility. Partners with Capture, Finance, business development, and program teams to evaluate opportunities, identify pipeline risks, support revenue planning, and recommend portfolio actions. Coordinates data corrections, scenario analysis, risk mitigation, and recurring pipeline-to-finance reviews.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and finance transformation programs. Manage integrated schedules, cross-functional workstreams, vendors, risks, governance, and go-live/hypercare activities to ensure on-time execution, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business adoption.

Leads strategic Talent Acquisition and People Experience programs, including recruiting process optimization, technology implementations, change management, governance, and adoption. Partners with recruiting, HR, systems, legal, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to redesign workflows, establish operating models, manage risks and dependencies, improve candidate and hiring-manager experiences, and use data to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Build and operate Kubernetes-native platform services and distributed orchestration capabilities supporting AI workloads across cloud, on-premises, edge, sovereign, and air-gapped environments. Design production software, data-processing infrastructure, observability, deployment patterns, and operational standards. Establish reference architectures, reliability practices, benchmarks, and recovery procedures while partnering with autonomy, ML, simulation, infrastructure, and product teams. Provide hands-on technical leadership in distributed systems architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and platform reliability.

Build and operate developer tools, internal platforms, development environments, project templates, and AI-enabled workflows for Hivemind engineering teams. Improve developer productivity through reusable tooling, paved paths, documentation, adoption efforts, and inner-source practices. Partner with developers to identify friction, measure outcomes using DORA metrics and feedback, and drive technical direction. Staff-level responsibilities include leading cross-team initiatives and shaping organization-wide developer productivity strategy.

Owns U.S. sales and use tax, property tax, and international VAT/GST functions. Manages compliance, audits, tax research, exemptions, external advisors, and process controls. Leads indirect tax technology implementation, automation, ERP integration, and improvements across finance and transaction processes. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, Billing, and Supply Chain to support tax compliance, international expansion, acquisitions, and scalable operations.

Designs and operates scalable platform infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Builds infrastructure-as-code frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, automation, observability, and secure deployment patterns. Partners with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, resilience, compliance, and developer productivity across mission-critical systems.

Lead planning and execution of complex People Experience programs, drive change management and adoption, manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment, establish governance and reporting, and build scalable PX frameworks to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Design, deploy, and maintain resilient hybrid network infrastructure across data centers, remote sites, and public clouds. Manage routing, switching, WLAN, firewalls, WAN, VPN, secure connectivity, network automation, capacity planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation. Collaborate with cloud, platform, security, and infrastructure teams, engage vendors, document operations, mentor teams, participate in on-call rotations, and support classified and unclassified environments.

Leads and builds the Shared Services Engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, technical direction, architecture, delivery, and production operations. Owns the roadmap for shared services, SDKs, APIs, authentication, telemetry integrations, and customer-facing applications. Establishes secure, reliable interfaces and partners across engineering, product, and organizational leadership to align priorities, manage tradeoffs, and drive adoption of reusable capabilities.
