Develop and optimize pricing strategies for prospective merchants by analyzing competitive market dynamics, customer needs, and margin targets. Partner with sales on customer calls, create predictive margin tools, write Python scripts and SOPs for pricing proposals, maintain Power BI dashboards, and perform ad hoc research and data analysis.

Develop and execute product marketing strategy for ShipBob’s fulfillment, customization, and warehouse management software offerings. Responsibilities include positioning and messaging, go-to-market planning, demand generation, campaign asset development, competitive and customer research, win-loss analysis, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and leadership to drive revenue, conversion, customer experience, and retention.

Develops new business by researching and qualifying merchants, conducting high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social selling, assessing fulfillment needs, scheduling demos, and partnering with Account Executives to close deals. Maintains prospect records, meets activity metrics, provides recommendations for nonstandard prospects, collaborates with management on prospecting strategies, and consistently achieves sales quotas.
