Serve as an operational partner translating leadership priorities into executable marketing plans. Lead multi-workstream initiatives, design scalable operating models, build dashboards and performance frameworks, embed AI into workflows, drive process improvements, coach associate managers, and support client delivery and business development.

Work with clients' compliance and risk teams to define data needs, build data pipelines, analyze structured and unstructured data, and develop ML/GenAI solutions (LLM-based systems, predictive models, dashboards). Deploy and fine-tune models, design prompting strategies and agentic systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development and internal knowledge sharing.

Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements across strategy, risk, compliance, operations, data protection, offensive security, resilience and training. Oversee project delivery, client relationships, business development, and consultant mentoring. Contribute to innovation, PoCs, SaaS offers, and firm thought leadership through publications and events.

Work with clients to define data needs, acquire and analyze structured and unstructured data, build predictive models and LLM-based systems, deploy GenAI applications, design prompting strategies, and communicate insights via presentations, dashboards, and tools. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize models and provide strategic decision support for marketing, customer, and product challenges.

Lead intake, planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex web initiatives for a consumer marketing site. Drive cross-functional teams, identify risks, optimize site performance and UX, define roadmap priorities, measure outcomes, and improve web governance and operational processes.
