Supports Talent Acquisition through recruiting analytics, reporting, technology implementations, process optimization, project management, training, vendor coordination, and stakeholder enablement. The role develops dashboards and insights, improves recruiting workflows, manages Workday and related systems, maintains playbooks and resources, supports change management, and partners with HR, hiring managers, IT, and vendors. The position is temporary, remote within the West Coast or Central United States, and may require up to 15% domestic travel.

Manages the lifecycle of structural engineering applications, from business case development through quality assurance, launch, maintenance, and enhancements. Serves as a structural engineering subject matter expert while coordinating cross-functional teams, resources, schedules, and stakeholder alignment. Leads development and optimization of internal engineering tools and workflows. Requires technical project management experience, engineering industry experience, construction-method knowledge, strong communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.

Lead product discovery, define and prioritize backlog, write requirements and user stories, guide cross-functional teams through Agile development, measure product KPIs, gather customer feedback, and communicate product vision to drive SaaS/cloud software outcomes for construction-related products.
