Serve as product owner for software products: gather requirements, prioritize backlog, plan releases and sprints, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and deliver product vision and release notes.

Drive Simpson Strong-Ties mass timber market growth across North America by developing customer relationships, leading project take-offs and quotes, delivering technical presentations and trainings, supporting product introductions, coordinating with sales, marketing and product teams, and providing field and office support. Maintain CRM, travel frequently, and collaborate with producers, specifiers, engineers, and contractors to execute business strategy and ensure customer satisfaction.
