Owns the strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management of software used to design and manufacture structural building components. The role translates customer and business needs into product requirements, manages backlogs, collaborates with cross-functional development and UX teams, validates solutions, and supports releases and adoption. It requires understanding component manufacturing workflows, strong customer engagement, product leadership, and domestic and international travel up to 10%.

Supports product launch planning and execution, including marketing collateral, training materials, presentations, and internal communications. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Maintains marketing workflows, project platforms, templates, documentation, and operating processes. Develops dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor workload, launch readiness, risks, and performance. Provides day-to-day support for marketing workflow and sales enablement platforms while identifying process improvements and escalating issues.

Act as the primary Digital partner for Finance: translate finance needs into digital requirements, build and prioritize intake and roadmap, develop business cases and ROI, track value delivery, improve processes and controls, coordinate with Digital COEs, and support change management and stakeholder alignment.
