Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare prospects for revenue cycle management and outsourcing services. Execute outbound campaigns, conduct discovery, document interactions in CRM, schedule qualified meetings for sales executives, and support sales and marketing initiatives while meeting KPIs and maintaining pipeline health.

Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve billing, claims, eligibility, authorization, payment, and denial issues. Research and correct unpaid/denied claims, use payer portals and practice management/EMR systems, document interactions, meet productivity and quality targets, ensure HIPAA compliance, and escalate complex issues.

Lead client engagement accounts across the revenue cycle lifecycle, driving implementation, process improvement, training, and revenue growth. Serve as liaison between onshore/offshore technical and functional teams, manage implementation milestones, achieve upsell/expansion targets, and maintain high client satisfaction through strategic relationship management and operational oversight.

Lead enterprise sales for healthcare revenue cycle management and AI-enabled managed services in the Mid-Atlantic. Drive new logo acquisition, manage complex long-cycle pursuits, own pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, build C-suite relationships, support pricing/contracting, and meet/exceed quota with 40-60% travel.
