Own full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and non-technical SaaS roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offers, and hiring coordination. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide talent-market insights, manage pipelines and approval workflows, and improve recruiting processes. The role also supports recruiting-team training, tracks hiring metrics, and serves as a trusted advisor while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and grow SOCi’s existing B2B customer accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, contract negotiations, and executive relationship management. Build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, present ROI-driven business cases, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal. Represent SOCi at customer events and serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing solutions.

The Account Executive at SOCi is responsible for driving new business through sales efforts with multi-location brands, leveraging industry expertise and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve goals.
