Contribute to forecasting, matching, scoring, and machine learning systems powering a healthcare marketplace. Responsibilities include querying and wrangling Snowflake data with SQL, supporting A/B tests, applying statistical analysis, validating models, collaborating on MLOps and production deployment, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

The role owns creative testing frameworks, CPA improvement, analytics taxonomies, content libraries, UGC and branded production, brand guardrails, regulatory review systems, and cross-channel creative learning across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and YouTube. The manager will hire and mentor creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations staff while improving creative velocity, hit rates, and acquisition performance.

Provides high-trust administrative and operational support to founders and C-suite leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, travel and expense management, confidential information handling, leadership cadence support, action tracking, and process improvement.
