The Inside Sales Account Executive will manage territory sales, close new customers, generate revenue, and maintain relationships with distributors and field reps to achieve sales goals.

Lead end-to-end failure investigations on power electronic hardware. Design tailored test plans, build and troubleshoot lab fixtures, operate oscilloscopes and analyzers, perform materials-level inspections, work safely on systems up to 690V, and deliver clear reports to improve product reliability.

Process and maintain customer purchase orders and sales orders, ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment, communicate order and shipping status to customers and internal teams, create new customers/part numbers, handle customer inquiries via phone and email, produce reports, and manage OS&D claims and trackers.
