Lead revenue accounting for complex commercial arrangements under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Lead and build Solidigm's Investor Relations function, develop and execute investor communications and shareholder targeting strategy, prepare earnings and capital markets materials, engage institutional investors and sell-side analysts, support SEC-compliant disclosures, and provide market intelligence to executive leadership and the Board.

Lead domain-level architecture for next-generation data-center SSDs, defining system vision, hardware/software partitioning, and performance optimizations. Drive end-to-end product execution with ASIC and firmware teams, influence cross-functional trade-offs, mentor engineers, and incorporate emerging technologies to deliver high-performance, scalable enterprise storage solutions.

Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, proxy, registration) and XBRL tagging. Oversee earnings releases and investor materials, ensure US GAAP and SEC disclosure compliance, maintain disclosure controls and SOX processes, partner with cross‑functional teams and auditors, mentor SEC reporting staff, and drive reporting automation and process improvements.

The Senior Manager, Technical Accounting will oversee compliance with GAAP and IFRS, assess accounting implications of transactions, support financial reporting, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Develop NAND array algorithms focused on performance and reliability, improve processes, set device conditions, create tests, and analyze device behavior.
