As a Classification Analyst at Solventum, you will oversee tariff classification compliance, provide training, update databases, and improve trade policy processes.

Develops product and portfolio strategy for Advanced Wound Care using market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer insights, and data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities include building intelligence dashboards, assessing market opportunities and acquisition targets, supporting portfolio prioritization, leading strategic projects, and preparing executive-level presentations. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Strategy and Business Development and requires strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and project management skills.

Support and secure Solventum’s Core Speech products through security patching, application coding, production deployments, maintenance, monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and reliability improvements. Participate in an off-hours support rotation, respond to production alerts, and collaborate on projects improving system performance and architecture. The role is remote within the United States with occasional travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Support operational deployments and maintenance for Core Speech production systems. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, performance reporting, and capacity planning. Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours reliability support. Drive improvements to system performance and architecture, and collaborate on projects while complying with corporate and quality standards.

Lead US product marketing for Solventum's healthcare payment, population health, and quality methodologies. Create strategy, messaging, commercialization plans, and core content; run market and competitive research; support new product introductions, events, webinars, and go-to-market activities; collaborate with sales and business unit stakeholders to drive adoption and financial objectives.
