The MDU Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales by securing new fiber orders from multi-dwelling units, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with property managers.

Perform door-to-door outside sales to connect prospective customers with Sonic Internet products, apply product knowledge to meet needs, expand customer base, provide customer service, and track performance against team metrics. Commission-based role with training and support.

Field sales role to acquire new fiber internet customers in apartment, condo, and multi-dwelling units. Perform door-to-door outreach, meet daily and monthly sales targets, coordinate with landlords/property managers, run onsite events, track activity in Directly and Salesforce (use Salesforce Maps), and report results to the Sales Manager. Requires frequent local travel and a valid California drivers license.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for connecting with potential customers, providing information about products, expanding the customer base, and tracking sales performance. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on consultative selling skills and strong communication abilities.
