Financial + Retirement

401(K)

Spotnana's 401(k) plan offers a choice of a traditional pre-tax or Roth 401(k). Spotters can defer a percentage of your salary to the saving. 401(k) plans are provided by Fidelity.

401(K) matching

Spotnana matches 100% of your 401(k) contribution, up to the first 3% deferred, plus a 50% match of the next 2% deferred. That means in 2023, Spotters are be eligible for a total match of up to 4%.

Company equity

Equity is an important piece of the total reward we offer to Spotnana employees. Equity is granted in the form of ISOs (Incentive Stock Options). Equity grants vest over 4 years with a 1-year cliff.
