Architect and build Springcraft’s full-stack developer platform for physical AI, including an IDE, 3D browser tools, hardware APIs, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, user accounts, community content, deployment, monitoring, security, and documentation. Collaborate with mechatronics and AI engineers to integrate hardware capabilities and AI features.

Design and establish manufacturing processes for electromechanical hardware from prototype through volume production. Responsibilities include developing assembly sequences, fixtures, tooling, work instructions, in-house fabrication capabilities, calibration and end-of-line testing, supplier and sourcing processes, DFM reviews, yield improvement, and root-cause analysis. This hands-on role will build and lead the company’s manufacturing function from the ground up.
