Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, process shipments, track deliveries, restock supplies, support copy/print equipment, provide reception coverage, assist with meeting room setups, perform light maintenance and deliver customer service.

Lead daily mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, shipping, and tracking mail and packages. Coordinate carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), maintain shipping records, ensure shipping compliance and secure handling of confidential items, operate mailroom equipment, support reception and workplace services, train backup staff, and obtain onsite HazMat certification for lithium battery handling.

Greet visitors, manage the front desk and global switchboard, enforce security protocols, issue badges, support mail/hospitality/facilities, set up meetings and catering, and maintain reception and pantry areas to deliver a polished guest experience.

Provide on-call administrative and office-services support across multiple client sites: process mail and shipments, operate print/reprographics equipment, maintain office supplies and meeting rooms, greet visitors, manage calls, and perform light maintenance. Requires strong customer service, organization, and ability to work independently while traveling within an assigned region.
