Leads electrical design for semiconductor and advanced technology facilities from concept through construction administration. Responsibilities include power distribution strategies, load analyses, low- and medium-voltage system design, system coordination, arc-flash mitigation, code compliance, interdisciplinary coordination, client and vendor discussions, document sealing, construction support, risk management, and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads complex semiconductor and advanced technology facility projects from planning through construction administration. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, risks, change control, client communication, multidisciplinary coordination, technical reviews, and construction issues. Coordinates cleanroom and mission-critical systems with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants. Supports QA/QC, safety, permitting, commissioning, proposals, and team mentorship in design-build and integrated project delivery environments.

Design and coordinate mechanical systems for cleanroom and advanced manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, exhaust, chilled water, boiler, process utility, and wastewater systems. Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic modeling, and system layouts. Develop drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, conduct QA/QC and clash detection with Navisworks, and support RFIs, submittals, site investigations, and construction administration.

Leads mechanical engineering for medium- to large-scale data center projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, technical designs, quality, budgets, schedules, client coordination, contractor discussions, field verification, construction issue resolution, and staff development. Produces plans, specifications, drawings, and models for HVAC, cooling, piping, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems while supporting proposals and project travel.

Designs mechanical systems for industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, exhaust, process chemicals, fire protection, chillers, and boilers. Produces drawings, specifications, models, calculations, and project deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, conducts site assessments, resolves construction issues, supports project schedules and RFIs, and mentors junior designers.

Lead mechanical design for advanced industrial, semiconductor, biotech, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilities. Develop and stamp HVAC, piping, plumbing, process, fire protection, and related systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Perform load calculations and system analyses, coordinate BIM clash detection, manage technical reviews, support schedules and estimates, interface with contractors and vendors, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead multidisciplinary semiconductor tool-install design projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, technical decisions, design quality, client liaison activities, engineering risks, technical meetings, document control, and contractor or regulatory coordination. The role collaborates with engineers, project managers, clients, and international teams to deliver semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure while improving processes and resolving design challenges.
