Develop and execute sales strategies for CTV and digital advertising solutions, prospect new B2B clients, conduct needs analyses, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue goals. Build long-term client relationships, manage post-sale satisfaction, forecast business, collaborate with internal teams, monitor industry trends, and travel to conferences and assigned regions to generate opportunities.

Manage client onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and ongoing account relationships for CTV and digital advertising clients. Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Product, and vendors to exceed client goals. Responsibilities include retaining and growing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, analyzing campaign performance, presenting recommendations, troubleshooting issues, forecasting revenue, and managing at-risk account plans.

Owns data operations supporting client reporting, campaign delivery, and month-end billing. Troubleshoots data and backend issues across Salesforce, Fivetran, Snowflake, Sigma, and partner platforms; builds workbooks, views, models, dashboards, and custom analyses; manages permissions, onboarding, data feeds, and external data delivery; resolves campaign, reporting, reconciliation, attribution, and data-quality issues; automates processes and coordinates cross-functional resolution.

Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-value CTV and digital advertising clients. Lead onboarding, campaign management, execution, reporting, troubleshooting, retention, and satisfaction efforts. Analyze campaign data to deliver strategic recommendations, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and improve performance. Partner with Sales and internal teams, mentor account managers, communicate industry trends, and introduce relevant beta features to clients.

Own and operate the Snowflake warehouse and Sigma semantic layer; manage ingestion (Fivetran), dbt model scoping and review, reverse-ETL, data quality SLAs, dashboards, month-end financial analytics, vendor management, and automation to support AdOps, Sales, Finance, and executive reporting.

Manage and grow Strateguss largest renewal accounts as primary client contact. Ensure retention and expansion, coordinate with Account Managers and Ad Ops, develop strategic account plans, monitor performance, deliver reports, and meet retention and growth targets while providing industry insights for CTV and programmatic advertising.
