Coordinates full-cycle recruiting and hiring for seasonal Sundance Film Festival employees. Supports candidate communications, inclusive and compliant hiring practices, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, orientations, training, paperwork, surveys, performance procedures, HR inquiries, and administrative scheduling. The role requires onsite availability near Boulder, Colorado, with extended hours during key festival periods.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support through tickets, calls, and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems, managing accounts and permissions, installing software and updates, configuring workstations, maintaining printers, supporting Zoom and Slack, managing hardware and software inventory, repairing equipment, training employees, and providing onsite technical support at offices, events, and the Sundance Film Festival.

Leads enterprise software development, platform integrations, custom scripts, and cloud architecture. Manages the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment, collaborates with stakeholders, mentors engineers, and directly contributes to frontend, backend, and cloud solutions. Oversees third-party enterprise tools, databases, APIs, serverless systems, QA coordination, technical processes, and cross-departmental engineering initiatives.

Leads Sundance Institute’s partnership activations, sponsor fulfillment, experiential initiatives, and festival logistics. Oversees project plans, budgets, workflows, operational systems, cross-functional collaboration, partner relationships, and activation quality. Manages and develops the activations team while supporting inclusive culture and strong sponsor experiences across festival and year-round programs. The role is hybrid near Boulder, Colorado, with extended hours during peak periods and travel as needed.

Manage assigned Sundance Film Festival partners and partnership activations, ensuring contractual benefits and recognition are delivered. Lead partner communications, coordinate with internal departments on marketing, signage, ticketing, venues and online platforms, maintain tracking documents and databases, support department operations, compile post-Festival wrap materials, and produce account summaries and recommendations.
