Own and scale day-to-day IT operations across office and lab sites: troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, and network issues; provision laptops/accounts and enroll devices in MDM; enforce MFA and security best practices; maintain Wi‑Fi and network stability; rack and cable equipment; write runbooks and KB articles; automate routine tasks with scripting; coordinate with vendors and consultants to support security compliance.

Drive cell-package and module-level reliability testing for perovskite–silicon tandem modules. Design and execute environmental and accelerated life tests (damp heat, thermal cycling, UV, outdoor exposure), perform failure analysis, develop accelerated stress protocols, coordinate third-party testing, and provide data-driven lifetime modeling and cross-functional reliability guidance to R&D, process, and product teams.

Lead utility-scale and commercial module sales by developing relationships with IPPs, developers, utilities, EPCs, and strategic buyers. Drive customer pipeline from early engagement through LOIs and supply agreements, coordinate cross-functionally for diligence and bankability, negotiate commercial terms, maintain account plans and pipeline progression, gather market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events. Role requires managing long-cycle enterprise sales in a pre-manufacturing startup environment.
