Lead product demos and technical sales engagements for transit agencies; develop strategy and business cases; run onsite workshops and pilots; translate complex engineering concepts for varied audiences; build relationships, provide first-line technical support, and create tools/processes to prove Swiftly's value. Travel monthly to agencies and conferences.

Build and maintain scalable, cloud-native full‑stack features and services. Collaborate with Product and Design to prototype, deliver, and document solutions. Work across backend and frontend, apply modern engineering practices, mentor teammates, and own product domains to improve transit operations.

Design and prototype data-rich, operational transit software across discovery to high-fidelity UI. Lead research, collaborate with product and engineering, embed through implementation, contribute to the design system, and mentor other designers. Own user research, usability testing, and translate complex technical workflows into clear, fast, and reliable interfaces for agency staff and rider-facing outputs.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain solutions for transit agencies, focusing on IoT devices and cloud services, ensuring reliable communication and device management.
