Leads enterprise Design Execution for mission-critical data center projects from design handoff through construction, commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness. Manages engineering teams, consultants, contractors, governance, technical standards, field issue resolution, infrastructure upgrades, and lifecycle improvements. Provides leadership for electrical and mechanical systems, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, monitors project performance, and translates field lessons into future design standards. Requires substantial mission-critical engineering, team leadership, project management, and data center infrastructure experience.

Leads change enablement for complex, high-risk data center operational changes. Identifies root causes of failures, designs controls and standards, establishes readiness and approval gates, analyzes incidents and change metrics, creates MOPs and SOPs, and coaches cross-functional teams on reliable change practices.

Leads regional response to active data center incidents, establishing objectives, coordinating technical and operational teams, managing escalations, and driving events through mitigation, restoration, and closure. Maintains clear communications with stakeholders, coordinates root cause analysis, and supports post-incident reporting for customer communications. The role requires sound judgment, strong communication, cross-functional coordination, incident management expertise, and the ability to lead without direct authority.
