Lead enterprise business development for Synapse Healths Equip business targeting hospice, SNF, LTC and post-acute organizations. The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain software solutions, collaborate with various teams, and implement CI/CD practices. They will also mentor engineers and influence organizational technology strategies.

Manage onboarding and enablement operations: set up learners in the LMS, schedule and deliver virtual training, maintain training records and knowledge base content, gather feedback, and recommend process improvements to align training with system and workflow changes.

Investigate and triage patient safety events, complaints, and adverse incidents for DME operations. Conduct root cause analyses, assess risk and escalate high‑risk cases, support regulatory reporting and CAPA/QAPI initiatives, and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve quality and compliance.

Lead the migration from legacy Azure services to a Kubernetes-based, containerized microservices platform. Design, build, and scale infrastructure, implement observability (monitoring/alerting/logging), drive incident response and SLOs, automate with IaC and CI/CD, optimize cost and networking, mentor teams, and document systems to ensure reliable, scalable healthcare platform operations.

Designs and delivers call center training (onboarding, role-specific, soft skills, just-in-time), applies ADDIE instructional design, assesses competency via simulations and call evaluations, partners with operations to close performance gaps, and provides coaching and continuous improvement for frontline teams.

Lead design and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks and end-to-end integration tests. Build automated suites (Playwright/C#, Java, Test Sigma), integrate tests into CI/CD, reduce flakiness, analyze test results, triage defects, and drive risk-based testing and modern QA practices across engineering and product teams.

Lead day-to-day patient, order, and document loading across suppliers and transitions. Establish SOPs and quality standards, manage backlog and SLAs, build dashboards, drive root-cause fixes and automation, and hire/coach a team of data specialists to scale loading accuracy and throughput.

Own end-to-end modeling for vendor matching, order routing, and supply-chain optimization. Build predictive, causal, RL and OR solutions; design autonomous decision logic; quantify counterfactual impact; ship production models with data engineering; mentor senior data scientists; write technical design docs; partner on quarterly priorities and expand into revenue cycle and finance domains.

Lead and build a data science organization to create a prediction engine for vendor matching, order routing, and supply chain optimization. Anchor projects to P&L, design measurement and experiment frameworks, ship rapid wins, hire and coach data scientists, work hands-on in modeling and technical design, partner with product and engineering (Snowflake), and evolve systems toward agentic AI while reporting impact in dollar terms.

Build, ship, and own end-to-end ML models for vendor matching, order routing, and supply-chain optimization. Partner with data engineering to productionize models, quantify impact, document work, and implement decision logic components toward agentic AI in a fast-moving healthcare startup environment.
