Design, deploy, and maintain secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure. Automate vulnerability scans, IaC validations, and policy-as-code enforcement. Embed security across the software lifecycle, define pipeline/security metrics, and collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to foster secure coding and compliance.

Lead data architecture and legacy-to-modern data transformation for the IRS EDOS program. Design and execute data conversion and validation plans, lead conversion testing to ensure data integrity and timing, and engage stakeholders. Use big data technologies and support Agile teams.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure. Automate vulnerability scans, IaC validations, and policy-as-code enforcement. Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to embed security throughout the software lifecycle and define pipeline efficiency and security metrics.

Lead business analysis in a SAFe Agile environment: facilitate discovery, elicit and document requirements (epics, stories, acceptance criteria), produce process workflows, support PI planning, collaborate with product and technical teams, and manage multiple work streams to drive product development for a federal modernization program.

Design, migrate, and manage SharePoint Online environments; build sites, libraries, permissions, Power Platform solutions and SPFx components; execute migrations using tools like ShareGate/Metalogix; enforce governance, compliance, documentation, and provide ongoing support for OCC stakeholders.

Design, implement, and support enterprise cloud network infrastructure across Azure, OCI, and GCP. Manage firewalls, Cisco devices, VPNs, VPCs, and virtual networking; deploy configurations with Terraform (including AWS security groups); enforce STIG/IAVM compliance; monitor performance; provide Level-2/3 troubleshooting and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Provide database subject-matter expertise to support the IRS EDOS modernization program. Responsibilities include database programming and administration (DB2, Oracle, SQL), mainframe (z/OS, COBOL, JCL) support, disaster recovery and system architecture guidance, adherence to government security requirements, and project management to meet tight deadlines. Requires active IRS MBI clearance and US citizenship.
