Provide legal counsel across the product lifecycle for a SaaS security company, advising on AI, privacy, data security, export controls, licensing, open-source, IP, and incident response. Partner with product, engineering, and contracts teams to ensure compliance, negotiate licenses, and support go-to-market efforts and security events.

Provide employment-law advice across recruiting, performance, leaves, accommodations, wage/hour, classification, and terminations. Manage workplace investigations, respond to claims and audits, oversee pre-litigation and litigation with outside counsel, draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies, support federal contractor compliance, advise on AI use in hiring, and train People teams on employment law developments.

Lead and grow a seven-person ServiceNow platform team, own roadmap/governance, deliver across ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, mature CMDB/CSDM, drive integrations and AI automation, and act as customer-zero for Tanium product integrations.

Serve as the finance partner to R&D (Engineering, Product, Strategy), owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level ad hoc analyses. Translate customer needs into solutions, run deep technical discussions for stakeholders, enable sales and channel partners, present at events, and travel 30–50% to engage customers.

The Senior Director of Sales for the Microsoft Partnership will expand Tanium's strategic relationship with Microsoft, manage complex sales cycles, and drive go-to-market execution alongside Tanium's teams.
