Supports enterprise customers by troubleshooting Tanium platform issues, answering technical questions, triaging cases, performing root cause analysis, assisting with upgrades, testing products, documenting best practices, and completing reports. The intern works under mentorship with Technical Support Engineers, collaborates on customer cases and special projects, and develops expertise in endpoint management, security, operations, automation, and Tanium integrations.

Develop and execute Tanium’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. Create and manage copy, graphics, video, content calendars, LinkedIn Live programming, and event coverage. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, roadmap definition, architecture, software delivery, cross-team coordination, project management, and ensuring scalable, reliable, performant software across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

Build, integrate, deploy, and operationalize secure AI solutions across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include prompt engineering, orchestration, RAG implementation, enterprise data integration, monitoring, performance tuning, documentation, and governance compliance. Define end-to-end data architecture (storage, access, query, visualization, movement), set requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, champion data quality, and lead a product team. Influence product direction across distributed systems and ensure adoption via enablement and go-to-market collaboration.

Provide legal counsel across the product lifecycle for a SaaS security company, advising on AI, privacy, data security, export controls, licensing, open-source, IP, and incident response. Partner with product, engineering, and contracts teams to ensure compliance, negotiate licenses, and support go-to-market efforts and security events.

Provide employment-law advice across recruiting, performance, leaves, accommodations, wage/hour, classification, and terminations. Manage workplace investigations, respond to claims and audits, oversee pre-litigation and litigation with outside counsel, draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies, support federal contractor compliance, advise on AI use in hiring, and train People teams on employment law developments.

Gather and document Salesforce Sales Cloud requirements, translate business needs into technical/user stories, support design and testing (UAT), coordinate deliveries with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process improvements and small-to-medium Salesforce projects and enhancements.

Own strategy, growth, and success for Tanium security and IT operations products focused on partnerships and integrations. Engage customers and partners to gather requirements, collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to define roadmap and go-to-market, develop enablement materials, and drive product adoption and launch outcomes.

Own joint marketing strategy and execution with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to drive MQLs and partner-sourced pipeline. Secure and manage MDF, design co-branded demand-gen campaigns, define MQL-to-SQL handoffs with telesales, measure funnel and ROI, run integrated physical and digital programs, pilot emerging AI ad channels, and represent Tanium in partner engagements and QBRs.

Lead delivery of core platform capabilities from ideation to launch for an enterprise-scale agentic/AI platform. Author specs, prioritize work, run discovery with customers, partner with engineering, UX, and GTM teams, track OKRs, and ensure successful customer enablement. Operate in a fast-moving, AI-focused product environment and adapt plans as business priorities change.
