Own and scale a product vertical for Tarro's restaurant-focused ecosystem. Define strategy, ship features with engineering and design, use data and customer insights, incorporate AI, and drive measurable business outcomes while engaging directly with restaurant owners.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data science pipelines and predictive models. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to run experiments, implement MLops best practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring), and deliver scalable solutions (including LLM/RAG workflows) that improve restaurant operations and business outcomes.

Build and scale core data infrastructure and foundational datasets. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics, ML, experimentation, and product use cases. Implement data quality, audits, alerting, and anomaly detection. Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders and help establish long-term, scalable data architecture and tooling.
