As a Lead Technical Recruiter, you'll oversee all aspects of recruitment for technical roles, leveraging AI tools for sourcing and training hiring managers, ensuring data-driven decisions in a collaborative environment.

Lead and grow a security engineering team as a technical player-coach; implement security tooling and automation across corporate, infrastructure, and application layers; define data-driven security strategy, OKRs, and KPIs; manage compliance with frameworks (SOC2, CIS, GDPR); lead incident response and threat modeling; govern AI/ML security risk; and drive security culture and cross-functional education.

The AI Automation Senior Lead will build AI infrastructure, evaluate AI tools, redefine workflows, and maximize efficiency across teams at Taskrabbit.

Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of a multi-workstream platform migration spanning partner portals, consumer booking flows, and retailer integrations. Define roadmap, protect 80%+ revenue retention, make authentication/payments tradeoffs, coordinate engineering/commercial/partners, and deliver production-quality solutions on a constrained timeline.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional marketplace programs. Build and maintain quarterly plans, manage dependencies across product, engineering, design, and data, track execution across 15+ initiatives, surface risks and tradeoffs to executives, and improve roadmap, investment tracking, and KPI delivery processes to drive high-quality releases and business outcomes.

Lead cross-functional analytical efforts to drive product, commerce, and risk outcomes. Design experiments, causal inference, and statistical models; build and scale fraud/risk interventions using heuristics and machine learning; measure feature impact; and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and executives.

Own and architect the core ranking system end-to-end: model design, production reliability, automated retraining, bias mitigation, personalization, and cross-functional technical leadership. Mentor engineers, drive roadmap, and scale experimentation and ML infrastructure.

Lead FP&A analyst responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, driving forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting, conducting ROI analyses, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, coaching junior team members, improving finance processes, and contributing to the finance team's AI strategy.
