Manage mid-market customer accounts as a trusted advisor, leading onboarding, engagement, retention, renewals, and expansion. Oversee insurance payer enrollment for new and existing clinicians by preparing and submitting applications, tracking status, resolving payer issues, maintaining provider directories and rosters, supporting audits, and answering provider questions. The role requires credentialing or enrollment experience, medical practice business office experience, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, independent work, and effective communication.

Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies and journeys to recruit providers, drive patient signups and sessions, and activate partners. Own campaign setup, testing, analytics, and reporting. Build and QA dynamic email/SMS templates with templating logic and HTML/CSS. Partner with Product and Engineering to define event tracking, APIs, and webhook integrations. Manage marketing automation platform configuration (Iterable/HubSpot) and scale MarTech while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Manage ongoing relationships with established mental health providers to retain and grow their practices. Conduct proactive outreach, run availability reviews, enable feature adoption, log interactions in HubSpot, escalate issues cross-functionally, and meet measurable activity and retention goals.
