Serve as the primary general ledger accountant for acquired companies undergoing transition. Clean up accounts, reconcile balance sheets, implement accruals and reclasses, map charts of accounts, support ERP migrations, improve AP and inventory processes, and maintain audit-ready records. Train onsite staff, document procedures, automate manual workflows, support reporting and due diligence, and hand off stabilized accounting operations to ongoing finance teams.

Support Teamshares' legal team across public-company compliance, M&A closings, corporate governance, subsidiary formation, equity administration, litigation matters, vendor relationships, and compliance tracking. The role manages transaction documents and closing processes, maintains corporate records and cap tables, supports Board and stockholder matters, coordinates outside counsel, and collaborates with product teams to automate and improve legal processes.

Records transactions for multiple client companies, including customer payments, vendor invoices, payroll, taxes, and bank reconciliations. Maintains accounts receivable aging reports, schedules payments, applies accounting judgment, tracks billable time, and supports additional client accounting needs. The role requires managing multiple priorities independently in a remote environment while identifying process improvements and communicating effectively.

Serve as the company’s chief legal advisor, owning SEC reporting, SOX and governance compliance, managing board relations, building scalable legal operations, overseeing equity and employment matters, advising on transactions and crises, and leading legal team and outside counsel strategy.

Lead financial-systems strategy and execution across a portfolio of companies: select and design ERPs, run implementations, establish standards and governance, troubleshoot system issues, evaluate vendors, and enable companies to operate independently. Hands-on individual contributor who will grow into a small leadership role.

Design and lead NetSuite ERP implementations across a 90+ company network. Define technical architecture, establish standards, evaluate partners, troubleshoot escalations, present solutions, and support execution while remaining hands-on and influencing long-term platform strategy.
