Provides strategic and operational leadership for institutional and programmatic accreditation, state authorization, licensure compliance, and regulatory reporting. Serves as the institution’s liaison to WSCUC and other accrediting agencies, oversees more than 30 programmatic accreditation relationships, coordinates site visits and submissions, monitors regulatory changes, advises executive leadership, and supervises accreditation, licensure, and state authorization staff.

Coordinates student advising operations, including advising data management, academic progress tracking, course scheduling, enrollment processes, reporting, system audits, and data accuracy. Collaborates with academic departments and student support teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain schedules, support enrollment activities, and help students remain on track toward graduation.

Analyzes student support and academic data to identify trends, barriers, and intervention opportunities. Develops dashboards, KPIs, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes that improve advising operations, student persistence, retention, and degree completion. Partners with cross-functional academic and student support teams to translate operational needs into technology requirements, process improvements, and actionable insights.

Support and monitor research compliance and IRB operations, conduct audits and reviews, write findings and corrective actions, develop and deliver human subjects protections training and educational materials, partner with academic units to ensure adherence to federal regulations and institutional policies.
