Leads complex commercial furniture projects from proposal through closeout, managing labor scope, schedules, logistics, budgets, risks, documentation, installations, site conditions, vendors, contractors, and client communications. Coordinates internal teams and external stakeholders, reviews plans, oversees delivery and installation, tracks change orders, ensures compliance and quality, and completes punch lists and sign-offs.

Manages client accounts and cross-functional project teams from scope development through completion. Builds client relationships, identifies revenue opportunities, manages RFPs, pricing, contracts, work orders, schedules, and project execution. Serves as the primary client contact, oversees internal teams and external partners, ensures customer satisfaction, prepares status reports, and supports sales and margin goals. The role also includes project management, site visits, team coordination, mentorship, and participation in industry events.
