Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include resident help desk support, contractor coordination, invoice and accounts payable processing, purchase orders, bookkeeping, work order management, maintenance contract tracking, records maintenance, scheduling, resident communication, and assistance with preventive maintenance and capital projects.

Performs preventive maintenance, service calls, emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, inspections, and building equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include moderate plumbing and electrical work, painting, carpentry, HVAC assistance, pool maintenance, and cooling tower support. Provides courteous customer service to senior living residents and explains thermostat use. Requires moderate oversight and proficiency beyond Maintenance Tech I duties.

Leads nursing services in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing resident care, staffing, scheduling, compliance, quality assurance, restorative care, budgets, and staff development. Coordinates outside healthcare services, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, supports survey readiness, and maintains regulatory standards, employee engagement, and resident-centered care. Requires a California RN license, skilled nursing experience, and supervisory leadership experience.

Supervises nursing care and staff on an assigned shift in a long-term care setting. Administers medications and treatments, supports admissions and transfers, leads clinical huddles, assigns CNA duties, reviews documentation, manages medication-room responsibilities, coordinates with physicians and families, and assists with care plans, regulatory readiness, and staffing coverage.

Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads, serves meals to health center residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, and transports food and non-food items. The role requires following therapeutic diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, showing empathy for older adults, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and exposure to kitchen conditions.

Manages dining room operations and serving staff in a senior living community. Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, inventory, and customer experience. Provides hands-on table service, answers menu questions, clears dishes, and supports dishwashing while ensuring operational and budget standards are met.
