Maintains the senior living facility’s physical plant through preventive maintenance, emergency service, apartment turnovers, inspections, and building equipment repairs. Performs moderate plumbing and electrical work, painting, carpentry, pool maintenance, and assists with HVAC systems, pumps, heaters, and cooling towers. Provides resident-focused service by preparing for work orders, communicating clearly, and following safety and cleanliness procedures.

Provides administrative support to Plant Operations leadership in a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing invoices, purchase orders, work orders, maintenance contracts, resident service requests, contractor coordination, departmental records, budgets, reports, meetings, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Serves as a resident help desk and front desk contact, handles access requests, tracks assets, follows up on work orders, and supports a professional, hospitality-focused office environment.

Directs nursing services in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing resident care, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, restorative care, budgets, and interdisciplinary coordination. The role leads hiring, training, evaluations, and performance management for nursing personnel while ensuring 24-hour coverage and resident-centered outcomes.

Supervises nursing care and staff on assigned shifts in a long-term care setting. Provides medication administration, treatments, resident assessments, admissions, discharges, documentation, care planning, and emergency response. Leads clinical huddles, assigns CNA duties, coordinates with physicians and families, supports regulatory readiness, manages medication-room responsibilities, and assists the Director of Nursing. Covers floor-nurse duties when needed while ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centered resident care.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, including service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, food presentation, inventory, and budget compliance. Oversees serving staff, maintains dining areas and workstations, assists with meal service, answers menu questions, clears dishes, and supports dishwashing while ensuring a positive resident dining experience.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads to health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and supplies, and follows therapeutic diet menus and diet orders. Requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, measurement and conversion skills, empathy for older adults, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and push carts throughout the workday.
