The Privacy Manager leads privacy-by-design initiatives for wearable technology, translating privacy laws and requirements into technical and operational controls. Responsibilities include conducting PIAs and DPIAs, maintaining privacy policies, coordinating risk remediation, supporting data governance and incident response, reviewing vendors, monitoring regulatory changes, and delivering privacy training. The role partners extensively with Legal, Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and external vendors to operationalize privacy compliance throughout product development.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for Therabody’s global ecommerce experience, including product discovery, product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows. Define commerce design standards, analyze behavioral data, develop experimentation roadmaps, maintain the design system, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure high-quality implementation. Conduct usability research, make platform-aware trade-offs, and mentor teammates while improving conversion and customer experience.

Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction programs, create and maintain integrated project plans, drive cross-functional alignment, manage risks and launch readiness, prepare executive reporting, and improve PM processes and governance to deliver products to commercialization.

Own audience intelligence and messaging architecture to create centralized persona frameworks and messaging systems. Integrate competitive and consumer insights, partner with product and brand teams, enable cross-functional workflows, and translate strategy into usable language for brand, digital, retail, and sales. Establish rhythms to share audience context and leverage AI tools to scale research and prototype frameworks.
