Lead large-scale marketing transformation projects across AI-enabled workflows, marketing technology, communications processes, and campaigns. Own integrated plans, budgets, resources, risks, KPIs, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, process mapping, solution design, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with Marketing, Communications, MarTech, Product, and leadership teams in a matrixed environment.

Manage a book of Concierge/Advisory customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Define success plans, deliver education, monitor usage/health, escalate issues, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services using tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
