Drive product discovery, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery across homepage, PLP, PDP, search, cart/checkout, post-purchase, and personalization to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to define requirements, run experiments, and measure eCommerce KPIs. Facilitate workshops, prioritize roadmap, and champion a customer-first, data-informed approach.

Part-time role managing awards program, drafting award nominations, maintaining LinkedIn editorial calendar and content, coordinating projects via Wrike, partnering with Creative/Marketing/Communications teams, and tracking approvals and deadlines.

Create high-quality on-brand print and digital designs (campaigns, email, social, catalogs, direct mail), uphold brand guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and evolve Thorne's visual identity.

Lead design, development, migration, and operation of enterprise integrations using MuleSoft. Architect scalable, secure APIs and data flows, standardize patterns, maintain documentation and runbooks, build CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), mentor teams, collaborate with Salesforce stakeholders, and respond to production incidents while driving sunset of legacy integration tools.

Lead platform strategy, architecture, and hands-on development. Design, build, deploy, and operate high-performance, fault-tolerant integrations and platform enhancements. Drive security/compliance, mentor engineers, recruit senior talent, align technology with business goals, and communicate technical vision to stakeholders.
