Develop strategy, improve liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; write product requirements; partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and field teams; build internal tools and scalable systems; use data and AI to solve complex marketplace problems; and launch products across regions and industrial environments.

Lead design and implementation of Traba's agent platform: orchestration runtime, eval and observability stacks, integrations to customer systems (WMS/TMS/ERP), model strategy, retrieval/memory, and production agent deployments. Spend time with customers, build evaluation pipelines and regression suites, hire and mentor engineers, and set multi-year roadmap with CTO and product teams.

Build Traba's product by applying frontier models and AI agents across the stack to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment. Lead frontend and backend development, architect real-time matching and autonomous vetting pipelines, and design distributed systems and APIs. Own product surfaces end-to-end, mentor engineers, and partner with CTO, product, and design to ship scalable, reliable automation for the staffing marketplace.
