Build and scale Traba’s AI-powered staffing marketplace by integrating LLMs and existing agents into products that automate worker vetting, matching, and fulfillment. Lead full-stack frontend and backend development, architect distributed systems and APIs, own product surfaces end to end, and mentor engineers. Partner with product, design, and the CTO on architecture and roadmap in a fast-moving startup environment.

Architect and build Traba’s production AI agent platform, including orchestration, model strategy, retrieval, memory, tools, integrations, evaluation, observability, and deployment patterns. Partner with the CTO and customers to translate operational workflows into reliable agent systems. Establish engineering standards, optimize cost and latency, hire and mentor engineers, and lead the platform roadmap from 0 to 1.

Build and lead Traba’s AI-powered staffing platform, integrating frontier models and agents into production workflows. Architect scalable backend systems for real-time matching, autonomous worker vetting, data processing, and platform infrastructure. Own architectural decisions, improve performance and reliability, and guide the technical roadmap while partnering with the CTO and founding team.

Leads Traba’s on-site workforce service delivery for a strategic advanced-manufacturing client. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, forecasting labor needs, staffing and onboarding workers, tracking KPIs, ensuring safety and quality compliance, coaching frontline teams, resolving escalations, and identifying account-growth opportunities. The role requires strong analytics, executive communication, operational judgment, and comfort working full-time on-site in a manufacturing environment.
