Customer-facing role translating operational problems into technical solutions using Trackonomy's connected intelligence platform. Lead discovery, configure and deploy solutions, run pilots and rollouts, analyze data, design workflows and dashboards, train users, drive adoption and expansion, and feed customer insights into product development.

Lead the evolution of Trackonomy’s brand across digital, print, physical, and presentation formats. Create decks, collateral, event graphics, campaigns, and visual storytelling assets; build scalable design systems and templates; advise executive leadership; and manage contractors or external creatives. The role requires hands-on execution, creative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver polished work quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Develop full-stack embedded hardware and firmware systems from prototype through mass production. Responsibilities include component selection, hardware bring-up, low-level driver and firmware development, finite state machine design, power optimization, system integration, automated test fixture development, debugging, and validation under vibration and thermal conditions. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable real-time systems.
