Provides reception and concierge support in an assisted living and memory care community. Greets residents, visitors, team members, and the public; answers and routes calls; schedules meetings and appointments; performs administrative tasks; distributes mail and packages; maintains office supplies; and delivers customer service. The position is on-call, generally two days and 16 hours per week, with possible additional hours.

Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger activities, month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting analysis, audit and tax support, payroll, and fixed asset management. The role analyzes accounting data, improves internal controls and processes, supports regulatory compliance, and advises executive directors and department heads across assigned facilities.
