Leads software engineering, DevOps, and data as an executive partner to the CEO. Responsibilities include building and developing teams, setting engineering strategy, improving reliability and delivery, overseeing architecture and incident response, supporting SOC 2 and PCI compliance, strengthening security and infrastructure ownership, partnering cross-functionally, and guiding AI adoption for regulated financial workflows.

Own and operate cloud, hybrid, and data center infrastructure, including infrastructure as code, containers, deployment pipelines, monitoring, incident response, and data platforms. Maintain reliability, compliance with SOC 2 and PCI requirements, and 24/7 on-call operations. The role includes hands-on hardware work, architecture decisions, documentation, mentoring, and partnership with software engineering and product teams.
