Provides administrative and financial support to the Plant Operations department, including invoice processing, bookkeeping, purchase orders, contractor coordination, work order tracking, resident help desk support, maintenance contract administration, asset records, scheduling, reporting, and office organization. Serves as a liaison among residents, contractors, front desk staff, department leaders, and community teams while maintaining accurate records and supporting preventive maintenance and capital projects.

Directs nursing services for a skilled nursing facility and residential community, overseeing resident care, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, restorative care, staff development, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role manages nursing personnel, coordinates external care providers, supports survey readiness, and promotes resident-centered care and employee engagement.

Performs preventive and general maintenance for a senior living facility, including building and equipment repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, apartment turnovers, inspections, pool maintenance, and HVAC support. Responds to service calls and emergencies while providing courteous, resident-focused customer service. Works under moderate supervision and assists residents with thermostats and maintenance-related needs.

Supervises nursing care and personnel during assigned shifts in a long-term care setting. Administers medications and treatments, oversees admissions and transfers, leads clinical huddles, assigns CNA duties, supports documentation and care plans, coordinates with physicians and families, maintains medication areas, and assists with regulatory preparedness and Director of Nursing responsibilities.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and diet trays; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining areas; and transports food and nonfood items. The role requires following diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, working cooperatively with residents and staff, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, and pushing carts.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, overseeing service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, and customer experience. Supervises serving staff, ensures food presentation and sanitation standards, maintains stocked and operational dining areas, and assists with table service, order taking, dish clearing, and dishwashing. Requires at least three years of restaurant or senior living experience, or equivalent serving and staff management experience.
