Provide technical support for enterprise SaaS customers across chat, email, and direct channels. Investigate complex issues involving pixels, integrations, reporting, attribution, AI workflows, and data warehouses; determine education, configuration, bug filing, or engineering escalation needs. Coach customers and agencies, partner with Customer Success and technical teams, identify recurring issues, and improve knowledge bases, runbooks, and AI support capabilities.

Create motion graphics, edit and polish video content, and produce short-form social cutdowns. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI-driven product insights into on-brand, high-performing video. Occasionally shoot interviews/B-roll and iterate quickly on creative assets.

Lead and scale Triple Whale’s creator marketing program: develop strategy, recruit and manage creators and affiliates, run end-to-end campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and define KPIs to measure and optimize creator-driven growth.

Enable ecommerce brands to adopt Moby by leading customer activation, translating goals into practical AI-driven workflows, coaching operators, building onboarding playbooks, and feeding product teams with customer feedback.
