The role manages concurrent engagements, advises executive stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, and supports scope, risk, budget, timeline, and customer escalation management.

Implements, configures, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots customer integrations using Unanet Connect, Workato, REST APIs, and established delivery patterns. Gathers requirements, documents data flows and mappings, resolves routine data-exchange issues, supports legacy integrations, and coordinates across customers, project managers, architects, product teams, and technical services. Manages tasks across multiple projects, communicates risks and dependencies, maintains technical documentation and test evidence, and contributes to Professional Services delivery improvements.
